3 bedrooms are on the right wing of the villa. 2 bedrooms are on the first floor with acces to the balcony and amazing rooftop terras with jacuzzi.
The modern design in soft tones harmoniously connects the indoor and outdoor spaces.
Infinity pool
The infinity pool is a thing of wonder. Running along the sea-facing side of the house, it extends around two sides of the property and even makes an incursion into a recessed area between the two wings of the ground floor.
These various sections, each of which has an exotic strelitzia plant at the end, act both as water features and shallow lagoons where one can cool off in style. The pool also incorporates a sunken sitting area, perfect for a quiet morning coffee or a sociable aperitif as the sun sets.
Dreamy terraces
Imagine enjoying a delightful glass of local wine in your rooftop terrace jacuzzi, watching a movie together in the open-air cinema, or preparing a fantastic dinner in the outdoor kitchen. You can savor this meal at a table that seats 12 people, complete with an outdoor fireplace for cooler evenings.
The dining area gives way to an expanse of decking, sun loungers and umbrellas next to the main body of the pool. Just below this is a sitting area with a collection of well-cushioned armchairs looking out at the views.
